Dr. Nattinger is a general internist, but also is a nationally recognized researcher in breast cancer.  She has published articles in the New England Journal of Medicine and has NIH grant support.  Her other clinical interests include general internal medicine, preventive medicine, and women's health. She is the Chief of the entire Division of General Internal Medicine, including all the general internists on faculty both at Froedtert Hospital and the Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center.
